The plan Add one (or all) of these sculptors to your own exercise arsenal. Do the indicated reps and sets for almost-instant results.

You'll need A BOSU Balance Trainer (SpriProducts.com—you can also use a squishy throw pillow) and a pair of light (3- to 5-pound) and medium (8- to 12-pound) dumbbells.

Arm accentuator

Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees soft, a medium weight in each hand, palms forward. Lean forward slightly and bend elbows, drawing weights toward ribs as you squeeze shoulder blades together (as shown). Lower arms; repeat. Do two sets of 15 reps.
