Hungry Girl (breakfast 11.19.08)

Breakfast was late this morning and by the time I got around to eating it I was one hungry girl so I had two English muffins with peanut butter and raspberry preserves. It was maybe a little too much combined with my glass of milk and apple but at least I know it'll hold me over for a while! I don't have any big plans for today - it's really cold out so I don't know if taking a walk is a reasonable idea. I am sure I can find something to do to pass the time -- a trip to the grocery store can always be thrown in and since I don't have anything planned for dinner that's probably what we'll do. Okay, so you have to use your imagination this morning to picture what I ate because I guess something happened to my photo ("unrecognized file format" according to my camera) and I didn't realize it until after I ate the English muffins. That's what happens when you're rushing...

This Meal Provides Approximately: Grains = 4 ounces (+whole), Fruit = 0.75 cup, Milk = 1.25 cups, Meat & Beans = 3 ounces, Oils = 5 teaspoons, Discretionary Calories = 70 kcals (jelly)
